When monthly volatility is removed, an upward trend appears to be emerging from February\u2019s low point.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the services PMI reading fell from 52.8 to 52.1.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3617\" src=\"https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Image1CHARTOFTHEWEEK-1.png\" alt=\"image1chartoftheweek\" width=\"1087\" height=\"584\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Image1CHARTOFTHEWEEK-1.png 1087w, https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Image1CHARTOFTHEWEEK-1-300x161.png 300w, https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Image1CHARTOFTHEWEEK-1-768x413.png 768w, https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Image1CHARTOFTHEWEEK-1-1024x550.png 1024w, https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Image1CHARTOFTHEWEEK-1-600x322.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1087px) 100vw, 1087px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #060729;\"><b>Our <\/b><b>Analysis <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>A <\/b><b>closer look at France and Germany reveals that France\u2019s composite PMI has risen by more than three percentage points in the last two months. <\/b>At 53.3, it returns to its June 2015 peak, a record high since 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Its German counterpart fell to 52.7, its lowest level since May 2015, although the country\u2019s IFO index makes for more reassuring reading: following its two-point fall in August to 106.3, it bounced back by over three points to reach 109.5, its highest level since June 2014.
