Weekly jobless claims are near to their 1970s lows and the ISM manufacturing index is at its highest since 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, and in spite of buoyant consumption levels, the share of household cyclical components in GDP (a leading indicator that includes durable goods purchases and residential property spending) has now stabilised at a historically low level (see Figure 13).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-8504\" src=\"https:\/\/lazardfreresgestion-tribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2018\/10\/Graphi-13.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"713\" height=\"345\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Graphi-13.png 713w, https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Graphi-13-300x145.png 300w, https:\/\/latribune.lazardfreresgestion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Graphi-13-600x290.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 713px) 100vw, 713px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Residential property spending in particular is showing signs of weakness.
